Single guys and gals or those not entirely crazy about this lovey-dovey day can still raise a glass to celebrate with these tongue in cheek drinks.

Who Needs Him

Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 oz. Tequila Avión Reposado

- 1 oz. Domaine de Canton

- 2 oz. Fresh Sour Mix

Directions:

1. In a shaker, muddle one piece of fresh ginger.

2. Add ice and all ingredients.

3. Shake and strain over fresh ice.

4. Top with club soda and garnish with a lime twist.

Who Needs Her

Ingredients:

- 2 parts Maker’s 46 Bourbon

- 1/2part Cointreau liqueur

- 1/2 part maraschino liqueur

- 1/2 part fresh lemon juice

- Dash of Angostura Bitters

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients into shaker filled with ice.

2. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.

3. Sugared rim optional.
