It’s usually chocolate, cheese or even wine but it seems women may now also consider their beauty products to be more pleasing than sex. Well, if you believe the marketing geniuses behind the new ad for Too Faced cosmetics’ Better Than Sex lash-intensifying mascara.

In the cheeky new video, American beauty expert Jeannie Mai has a rather interesting encounter with her man - pardon, we mean her mascara - when she opens up the tube to start applying the product to her lashes. The Barry White-esque mascara starts speaking to her, encouraging her to “dip her wand” into the thickest mascara she’ll ever try. With very cheesy slow music playing in the background, Jeannine gets more playful and flirty with her wand of mascara, as she finally finishes ...applying her mascara, that is.

While it’s kind of weird that someone is pretend-aroused from applying mascara, at least the ad is creative and gives us a giggle. Not that the concept is on the cutting edge of creativity. We've seen Herbal Essences brand of hair products make dirty-haired come clean in the shower while having fun washing their hair with their products too.
