As obsessed fans of England's favourite royal couple already know, the English monarchy is about to celebrate a major milestone: The first birthday of young Prince George.

George, or rather George Alexander Louis Windsor, has been at the center of British and international media since his conception. Over the course of his first year, he’s travelled with Prince William and Kate, made some friends, and thrown some shade at other crying babies.

While he’s been travelling, becoming one of the most beloved babies in the world, the internet has taken notice and decided to give him their own form of royal treatment:

George got giffed.

Here are ten of the cutest and funniest gifs created during George’s outings throughout his exciting first year on Earth.

1. George commands a fellow baby to stop crying

It didn’t take long for George to become accustomed to his privileged way of life. While traveling with Will and Kate, he was brought to a local daycare and invited to play with other infants. For the most part, the day went alright, but toward the end, George couldn’t handle the others persistent grouchy crying.

2. George wants to greet his fellow man

George may be young, but he’s already shown that he’s got a heart of gold. No matter how much he may be worth at just over 11 months, he’s ready to show he’s still as common as the people going out of their way to catch a glimpse of him. Geez Will, let your son do his princely duties.

3. Unimpressed

Even though he’s got a smile on his face most of the time, there are moments when George can’t keep a look of unpleasantness off his face when greeting the regular folk. The “ugh” seems to sum up his entire time of the tarmac perfectly.

4. Unhand me!

Maybe tarmacs just aren’t George’s thing. Although to be fair, would you want some random person coming up to you and grabbing your hands as you waited to board a plane? At least he didn’t get his cheeks pinched.

5. I don’t need your toys

When you’re the future king of England, you’re probably only used to the best toys on the market. This little kangaroo just wasn’t for George. Bring him a jewel encrusted teddy bear he can travel with.

6. Heartbreaker

Let’s be honest, we already know that George is going to be a heart breaker when he starts dating, but it looks like he’s already started. George reaching out to give this little girl a hug? Adorable.

7. Laying down the moves

Like we said, a heartbreaker. During his daycare visit, he mingled with all the other kids, sharing his toys and leaning in to discuss important foreign policy with his future advisors. Most importantly, however, is the number of twitter handles he grabbed so he could call up his girls later.

 8. Fashion icon

Although Kate gets most of these points considering she’s the one who chooses George’s outfits, George still has to pull off the style. He does the pouty, “I don’t want to be here any longer than I have too,” look extremely well for someone who has no grasp of what modelling is. You keep rocking those shorts, George.

9. He goes for what he wants

Sure, now it’s just a toy that George is reaching out for, but in the next twenty years, it could be a royal duchess somewhere or a country. We might as well get used to George getting what he wants, but at this point, he’ll flash those baby blues, puff out those adorable cheeks and we’ll be helpless against him.

10. Simply marvelous

Yes, Prince Philip, he is simply marvelous.
