Actress Mila Kunis is determined to give birth without any pain relief unless doctors declare a medical emergency during the delivery.
The Black Swan beauty confirmed rumours she is expecting a child with her actor fiancee Ashton Kutcher during an interview on U.S. TV, ending months of speculation over the cause of her bulging belly.
The couple was impressed the baby news remained a secret for so long, and Kunis is now making plans for her big day - and she is adamant she wants a natural delivery.
She tells The Ellen DeGeneres Show, "We were actually able to hide it for a very long time. It's amazing... I'm going to do it as all natural as I possibly can unless there is an emergency or something that should go wrong... I know, I'm crazy."
Kunis also tells how Kutcher prepared for her to develop odd food cravings, adding, "He assumed that I was gonna have goofy cravings, so he stocked our secondary fridge with weird food. Just like pickles, and sauerkraut, or like anchovies, and ice creams... just in case at one point during this pregnancy I'd be like I really want something. And it happened last week, I was like. 'Oh my God, I need a pickle'. Like it was just the weirdest thing. Like I needed this pickle and he was, like, 'Hold on a second' and disappeared in the backyard and came back with the most amazing dill pickle."
Kunis has been dating Kutcher since 2012, and they got engaged in February.
The interview is due to air in the U.S. on Friday.
