Is breakfast just another meal?

According to two new studies, it's true: Breakfast is just another meal and won't help in weight loss.

Contrary to popular belief that breakfast helps speed metabolism up, and therefor aids in weight loss, the study found that people who didn't eat breakfast had the same metabolic rate as those who did.

The study however did not measure overall health of those who did eat breakfast vs. those who didn't.
