CALGARY - Hungry?

A 777-lb. hamburger is on the menu at this year's Calgary Stampede. The burger, which requires at least 24 hours notice to prepare and costs a cool $5,000, is among the items available through a new addition to the Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth.

Triple B -- Barbecue, Bulls and Beer -- will be set up next to the Grandstand, where Nashville North has previously been, during this year's Stampede.

"It's like a rodeo sports-themed outdoor patio," said Allison Wright, manager of midway programming.

"It's brand new. We hope it drives a lot of people to come and experience it because it is unique to us."

Stampede has partnered with two U.S. barbecue joints -- Juicys and Big Bubba's Bad BBQ -- to serve up the grub.

Juicys Outlaw Grill is the world's largest grill, according to the Stampede, and from it will come the enormous hamburgers which include patties that can only be moved with a forklift.

Here's a video uploaded in 2011 showing one of Juicys' massive creations at the Alameda County Fair:

Also on the menu: A 125-lb. hot dog for $1,000. Juicys holds the Guinness world record for the largest commercial hamburger and hot dog, the Stampede reports.

Meanwhile, Big Bubba's Grill will serve up wood-fired barbecue beef ribs, bison burgers, giant Kabobs and cowboy potatoes.

Triple B is a family-friendly zone throughout the day and from 8 p.m. on it will be an adult only-area. The licenced section of Triple B has for capacity 1,000 people, Wright added.

The area will also feature two head-to-head mechanical bulls from Big Bubba's.

"We are extremely proud to partner with the Calgary Stampede to provide a themed area as innovative as Triple B," Big Bubba's owner Roger Sharp said. "This will be our first trip to Canada and we are looking forward to enjoying the world-class hospitality that the people of Calgary are famous for."

This year's Stampede runs July 4-13.
