Belvedere Veranda
Something about sipping an elegant apperetif on the veranda, or while lounging on the balcony tells us spring is in the air. Recipe courtesy of Claire Smith, head of spirit creation and mixology for Belvedere Vodka (Belvederevodka.com.)
Ingredients:
- 40 ml (about 3 Tbsp./45ml) favourite vodka
- 1 Tbsp. (15ml) fresh passion fruit juice
- 1 Tbsp. (15ml) simple syrup
- 40 ml (about 3 Tbsp./45ml) white wine
- 3-4 mint leaves
Directions:
Stir all ingredients over ice and pour into wine glass.
