Rita DeMontis is throwing the mother of all potluck parties this year and she needs your help!!

In the next few weeks, she'll be offering recipes to some of her favourite foods and she wants you to share in the fun.

All you have to do is share your own food photos that match her recipes by emailing ritastable@scribblelive.com or by sending a tweet or instagramming a photo with the hashtag #ritastable. You can also upload a photo here.

Her favourite photos will appear in her print column, and online, the following week.
