For those who enjoy a naturally-hued green drink, enjoy the following drink courtesy of Hendrick's Gin, known for it's unusual, small batch gin and delicate, apothecary bottle!

2 slices of cucumber

1 tsp (5ml) sugar syrup (equal parts boiling water and sugar)

6 to 8 mint leaves

1 3/4 oz. (3 Tbsp./50ml) Hendrick’s Gin

3/4 Tbsp. (22ml) lime juice

3/4 oz. (22ml) melon liquor

Muddle cucumber and sugar syrup. Add mint leaves and remaining ingredients and shake. Double strain and serve in a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.
